The game world is inspired by Spelljammer so think wizards in space. Since the advent of jump portals, people have colonised the far reaches of space - so far, that traditional law enforcement structures have a hard time keeping the peace. That's where ruthless bounty hu... I mean jolly adventurers like yourselves come in.
